1. Conference rates
We only charge our customers for what they use, with the cost of all conferences calculated on a "per line, per minute" basis. The line rates for the three types of conference call we offer are:
- Customer managed: 8p per minute
- Operator attended: 13p per minute
- Operator managed: 25p per minute
(These rates may vary depending on the time of a conference call. The 25p rate for operator managed calls is dependent on the telephone network being called)
2. Recordings
Conference recordings are available in two formats:
- Emailed MP3 file link: £10
- CD posted first class: £10
3. Cancellation Fees
Operator Attended and Operator Managed conferences which are cancelled on the day they are scheduled to go ahead will incur a charge:
- Management conference: £35
- Education conferences: £35
- Self help conferences: £15

4. Subsidized rates
We are committed to providing subsidized call rates for telephone groups supporting the beneficiaries and service users of other charities and organisations. Details of how to qualify for these subsidized rates can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
