We charge for what you use - on a per line per minute rate, depending on the type of service you require.
Operator assistance and support is available on ALL conferences 8.30am - 9.00pm weekdays.

(to UK landlines during weekdays) | 27 pence

* Mobiles are charged on top of this basic rate at 15p for all networks except for '3mobile', which is charged at 20p.
* International numbers are charged on top of this basic rate at various rates depending on the destination country.
RECORDINGS
They are available in two formats:
- An emailed MP3 file link (to play from or download to your PC) = £10 per conference.
- A CD (duration maximum 80 mins) posted first class = £10 per disc.
CANCELLATION FEES
Operator Attended and Operator Managed conferences cancelled on the day they were scheduled to go ahead will incur a charge:
- Management conference = £35
- Education conferences = £35
- Self help conferences = £15
