All training is delivered over the telephone and costs include UK call charges.
There are three options:
- Host/Facilitator Training for social telephony projects. Three one-hour sessions at £70 per person based on a two-four participants.
- Chairperson Guidance to manage your conference calls more effectively. A one hour session at £25 per person based on two-four participants.
- Free 15 minute dial in demonstration session (call charges only apply).
Our new training programme will be available in 2010, offering:

- free tool kits and resource packs to support your learning after you have completed courses
