- Management = all conferences except those that fall within the Education and Self Help categories.
- Education = the majority of participants on the conference call must be in receipt of a transfer of skills, knowledge and competencies or in receipt of teaching and tutorial support.
- Self-Help = the majority of participants on the conference call must be the beneficiaries of your service.
Conference Category Usage
We reserve the right to re-classify customers' conference categories if the meetings do not reflect the category definitions as set out above.
Cancellation Policy
Booked conferences cancelled on the day the booking was due to go ahead will be charged accordingly:
- £35 for Management and Education conferences
- £15 for Self Help conferences
Limitation of Liability
Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Community Network (for which no limitation applies) the entire liability of Community Network under or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed twice the fees charged for the conference call itself.
