*The self-help & training fee for Local Authorities is £20.00.
**The training fee for Universities, Institutes of Higher & Further Education and Professional Bodies is £20.00 (regardless of annual income).
Charges are based on the conference purpose and client's annual income.
There is no membership or joining fee.
A one-off £7.50 charge is applicable to all call-out conferences.
Conference recordings are available for £7.50 per 90 minute cassette tape.
After one hour conferences are charged pro rata in 15 minute units.
After 10 participants, each additional line is charged at 10% of the booking fee.
VAT is not included in the above charges.
All UK based participants can access the conference through 0845 (local call rate) numbers. London landline numbers are available if you prefer. UK mobiles, international landlines and international mobiles will be charged at different rates.
Cancellation Policy
Conferences cancelled on the day will be charged the booking fee up to a maximum of one hour. To not incur this charge, please either:
- cancel conferences with us on the previous working day between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00 or
- re-schedule the conference for another date before 18:00 on the day of cancellation
We charge for the amount of time and number of lines booked with us. If you need less time or lines, please inform us on the working day before your conference is due to take place, and your invoice will be modified accordingly.
Provisional Bookings
If you want to reserve a conference call session with us, but are uncertain whether it will go ahead, you can book it 'provisionally' (which means you will not incur a cancellation charge). However, if another client wants the same slot, we may have to give it to them if you are unable to confirm your booking.
